Shipping Policy: Badge Wave

At Badge Wave, we are committed to providing reliable, timely shipping for your event badges. Please review our shipping policy, which details our production timelines, domestic and international shipping methods, and applicable costs.

Production & Dispatch Turnaround

Our production clock begins once your artwork has been formally approved. We offer two tiers of service to accommodate your event deadlines:

  • Standard Service: Your order will be ready for dispatch within 7 business days of artwork approval.
  • Express Service: For a priority fee of £80.00, we expedite your order, ensuring it is ready for dispatch within 3 business days of artwork approval.

UK Domestic Shipping

For deliveries within the United Kingdom, we partner with both Parcelrite and APC to ensure your badges arrive securely.

Shipping Rates

  • Base Rate: £10.16 for shipments weighing up to 20kg.
  • Excess Weight: For orders exceeding 20kg, an additional charge of £0.46 per kg (plus applicable VAT) will be applied to the excess weight.

International Shipping

For international orders, we utilise DHL for their global network and reliable tracking capabilities.

  • Cost & Transit Times: Shipping fees and delivery timeframes for international orders are variable. They are calculated based on the total weight of the shipment and the destination country.
  • Delivery Estimates: To check estimated transit times for your specific region, please consult the DHL International Delivery List.
  • Customs & Duties: Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to local customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Management

  • Delivery Issues: If you have not received your order by the estimated delivery date, or if you notice an issue with your shipment, please contact our administration team immediately with your order number.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. Badge Wave is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Terms & Conditions

  • VAT: All costs listed above are subject to current VAT regulations.
  • Business Days: Our turnaround times are based on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
  • Carrier Selection: Badge Wave reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your order to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery based on weight and destination.
