Yes you can! If you need your order quicker than our standard 7 working day turnaround time, then you can pay £80 to have it shipped just 3 working days from artwork approval. Please select this option at the checkout.

Badge Design
Typically, our on-site printers will accept any badge width up to a 4” wide. The most common size for an event badge is 4” x 12”, which folds to 4” x 6” double sided.

Yes of course! We check the artwork attached to each order thoroughly and send you a final digital proof for approval before printing.
This completely depends on your preference and event. Typically, a double-sided badge is the most popular. This is because as it allows more space for information such as your event’s agenda, Wi-Fi codes and further promotion.
Our card badge stock folds and clips together on your lanyard or alternatively can be placed into a clear badge holder that is clipped to your lanyard. The adhesive badges stick together to create the appearance of a single, thicker badge.

We supply the fully bespoke, approved printed badge stocks for use with the Cvent On Arrival /Event in a Box setups.
Yes wherever possible, as our minimum order quantity is 250 badges. This allows for some setup and testing, alongside those last minute registrations on event day.

Printers
This will depend on what you want to print onto your badges on the day of your event. Our thermal tickets are designed to be printed on the Zebra range of printers, namely the ZD621 and GK420D. These printers will print your data and text in a single colour. Our Inkjet tickets are designed to be printed on the Epson C3500 and C4000 range of printers, which both allow for full-colour on the day printing.
Direct thermal technology uses a heat-sensitive coating to create clear, high-quality text or images from a single-colour printer, offering a simple and efficient printing solution without the need for ink or toner. Our Inkjet material is specially coated to allow a CMYK print process in full colour.
Yes, all of our materials are fully compatible and tested to work with the Zebra and Epson printers.
