The Epson ColorWorks C4000e Matte allows you to print directly onto either blank badges, or order pre-printed stock and add variable information on the day of your event.
Perfect for complex images such as branding, logos or visitor headshots, inkjet printing offers a high resolution, four colour print output for your exhibition badges. 

Simple integration and connectivity.

The C4000e is easy to integrate and connect to existing badge printing systems that you have in place. Drivers are available for ESC Label, Linux and Mac, in addition to the new SKD’s for IOS and Android devices which allows for intuitive tablet printing.
This makes the Epson CW-C4000e a popular choice for event organisers, who can link badge printing to a tablet check-in system for an easy, seamless visitor experience.

Compact and easy to use.

Ready to use straight out of the box with minimal setup required. A large (2.7 inch) LCD display panel lends itself to simple maintenance and operation, as does the intuitive auto cutter which can easily be replaced without the need for an engineer visit.

What’s in the box?

Each ColorWorks C4000e comes with an AC adapter, AC & USB cables, individual ink cartridges, a paper tray and a maintenance box. 

A one year warranty comes as standard with each printer, then you can choose from an additional 3, 4 or 5 year warranty at the time of purchase for added peace of mind.
